On Wednesday 28 September, we inaugurated our new logistics hub in Castrezzato, Brescia area, 20.000 square metres of covered area that will house industrial and design products in a ‘Leed Gold’ certified space

The Hub offers modern office spaces, large green areas, numerous car parks and loading bays and will be dedicated to meeting the growing demand of the industrial, design and lifestyle sectors. Important is the green and eco-sustainable vocation of the project, which has obtained the ‘Leed Gold’ certification that recognises building performance in areas such as energy and water saving, reduction of CO2 emissions, improvement of the ecological quality of the interiors, materials and resources used, design and site selection.

Bracchi CEO Umberto Ferretti comments on the inauguration: “A large logistics area, surrounded by greenery, with quick access to the motorway. An innovative warehouse also in terms of technological and energy-saving solutions, which demonstrates Bracchi’s great commitment to sustainable development issues. This area will be strategic for Bracchi’s development”.

The opening event was attended by institutional authorities, Bracchi’s top clients, the managing director of the IGI Private Equity fund Matteo Cirla, Bracchi’s entire board of directors and management led by CEO Umberto Ferretti.

A hub strategically positioned along the A35 BreBeMi motorway, one of the main arteries of Northern Italy and in particular of the ‘Greater Milan’ area.
