Logistic Specialist
The resource, placed within the office located in Castrezzato (BS) will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the direct superior in the achievement of general and company management objectives and customer satisfaction;
Providing for the quantitative and economic registration of warehouse loads of delivered products;
Arranging the allocation of goods in the warehouse and destined for the main warehouses according to the indicated priority criteria;
Issuing packing notes by customer and by reference;
Organise pallets according to criteria optimising the layout and minimising transport costs by efficiently organising lorries on departure;
Carry out the registration of packing notes and issue packing slips in a timely manner in line with the current fiscal provisions communicated;
Carrying out the compilation of the necessary documentation for taking charge of the goods collected by the courier;
Carry out unloading of the warehouse;
Fulfilling sector correspondence and filing operational and fiscal documents produced;
Participate in the periodic physical inventory by implementing the records.
Requirements:
Good PC use, in particular Microsoft Office programme;
Knowledge of EMS/TMS is a plus;

In order to strengthen the exceptional transport team, we are looking for a Traffic Operative figure to be placed at the Fara Gera D’Adda site.
Autonomously, the identified resource will be responsible for the following activities.
Main duties:
Planning and organisation of transports for tank/cradle/tipper/platform convoys with total weights within 80t
Requesting and managing permits and stocks for foreign countries
Optimisation of empty mileage
Searching and matching transports from management
Responsibility for turnover and profitability of vehicles
Required profile:
Previous experience in the logistics and transport sector, in particular in exceptional transports
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide a courteous and professional service

Organising shipments using the reference carriers for the area of competence.
Carrying out customs procedures (issuing transit T2s).
Managing direct relations with customers by providing advice and the required information.
Follow the entire process of planning and organising transport, taking charge of the order and confirmation through the most appropriate channel.
Managing direct relations with suppliers in order to obtain the best market prices.
Managing the operational and documentary procedures relating to land shipments.
Send loading orders to carriers.
Sending unloading instructions to correspondents.
Send unloading instructions to crane operators.
Check the relevant transport documents required for export and/or import.

Human Resourcer Business Partner
To strengthen the Human Resources Department, we are looking for a person for the role of HR Business Partner who, reporting to the HR Director, will have the task of contributing to the realisation and implementation of the HR management strategy and the responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the correct execution of all HR operational and reporting processes.
The resource, included in the HR team, will be responsible for:
Define staffing needs to support team leaders and initiate selection and recruitment campaigns in alignment with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Designing and developing staff compensation, evaluation and retention policies.
Implement staff training projects.
Coordinate personnel onboarding and offboarding processes, with support from the external Admin/Provider Team in relation to labour contracts and communications required by current regulations.
Coordinate employee life-cycle activities, with support from the external Admin & Provider Team.
Produce HR reports – absenteeism; overtime; etc.
Supporting the HR Director in managing industrial relations and disciplinary proceedings.
Oversee internal communication and day-to-day support to staff.
Requirements for the role:
At least three years’ experience in HR Business Partner/HR Generalist roles;
Master’s degree in humanities/psychology or economics;
Strong interpersonal, listening and empathy skills;
Analytical approach;
Dynamism, enthusiasm and strong spirit of collaboration;
Willingness to work in a team;
Strong problem solving and ability to propose new solutions with a view to continuous improvement;
Good knowledge of the English language.
